Course On Mindfulness
Mindfulness is simply bringing our awareness to the present moment and “being with” all that is, now.We will use simple non–tiring physical exercises to draw our attention away from the “noisy” mind and into the body.This will help settle us into meditation whereby keeping our mindfulness on the body, where we discover it has something to teach us about how we approach our life.
