Mood Boosting Reading Group
Research shows that reading improves mental health and wellbeing, encouraging optimism, motivation and positive feelings.
The books will include fiction, nonfiction and poetry, your suggestions would be most welcome.
We welcome readers of all abilities to come along and experience the delights of reading with others, sharing feelings, thoughts and ideas.
