  • 5th Sept – a trip out to Hebdon Bridge, Stubbing Wharf Pub – meeting at the Interchange at 4pm – we will be having dinner in the pub and attending an Evolving Minds meeting which starts at 7.30pm
  • 12th Sept – we will be talking about what keeps us well.
  • 10th Oct – to be confirmed
  • 14th Nov – Mindfulness (may include a guest speaker)
  • 12th Dec – to be confirmed
