Recovery Support Group

This is a friendly, informal group for anyone who would like to explore their recovery. We believe in shifting away from a total focus on illness towards creating and maintaining well-being.

Come along to explore:

  • coping strategies
  • identifying your triggers
  • become aware of early warning signs
  • sharing experiences

A recovery approach provides everyone with an opportunity to take back control over their life.

W.R.A.P. (Wellness Recovery Action Plan)

A 12 week workshop designed to:

  • Help you stay as well as you can
  • Help you keep track of triggers, events and early warning signs of being unwell
  • Help you develop a list of activities for everyday wellbeing
  • To develop a daily maintenance plan

Places are limited to 12 people so booking is essential. Please contact Janette for an informal chat.
