We offer a safe and supportive environment to:

Tackle social isolation
a place to come and relax, meet new people, open three evenings a week.
Promote inclusion
as a user led service and organisation we offer people the opportunity to really shape and contribute to the service. Social inclusion is also achieved by supporting activities within the wider community eg 5-a-side football, badminton and other regular trips and activities.
Work towards recovery
we provide the space for people to access support (from peers or staff) and to access accurate information relating to recovery and mental wellbeing.
Meals
hot meals are available 3 days a week.
Information and support
staff and volunteers are available to provide support, signpost other services and to make sure people get the information they need.
Provide activities and facilitate groups
we strive to provide activities that reflect expressed need and also offer choice and opportunity. We currently have 5-a-side, badminton and art groups and mood swings group but also offer many different groups and activities throughout the year.
Responding to diversity
we offer both men and women only sessions (see above for times) and have Asian language speaking staff.
