Self Help Groups

We currently facilitate and host two self help groups and would like to host more. Currently running are:

Mood Swings 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm (last Thursday of every month)

For anyone who experiences highs and lows in mood. A self help group where people can come together and talk about their experiences with others who understand.

Depression Group Thursdays 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
