Student Life

Welcome to our Student Life self-help page. In this section, we explore how mental health and student life can sometimes conflict and we look at ways of coping and where you can go for support.

Life as a student can be an incredibly enjoyable and exciting period of your life, but if you have a mental or emotional health problem, it can be a challenging one too. Problems you may experience can range from difficulties interacting with people, to coping with living away from your parents, or balancing the demands of studying with other commitments. On a positive note, there is a lot you can do to make your time as a student easier and more enjoyable
