Take a look at our 2020-21 impact report to read about the difference we’ve made this past year!
During the 12 months from March 2020, we supported more people than ever before: helping 3,322 people at 23,172 attendances across our services. This included 8,712 calls to Guide-Line, 2,995 sessions of Sanctuary crisis support and 4,680 attendances at wellbeing groups.
In a year like no other, we worked hard to expand and adapt our services to meet the needs of our local communities. We launched a new children and young people’s service, made our Guide-Line service free for all users and began offering an online live chat, and received the brilliant news that we will be the new lead provider for the Youth in Mind partnership.
