Take a look at our 2020-21 impact report to read about the difference we’ve made this past year!

During the 12 months from March 2020, we supported more people than ever before: helping 3,322 people at 23,172 attendances across our services. This included 8,712 calls to Guide-Line, 2,995 sessions of Sanctuary crisis support and 4,680 attendances at wellbeing groups

In a year like no other, we worked hard to expand and adapt our services to meet the needs of our local communities. We launched a new children and young people’s service,  made our Guide-Line service free for all users and began offering an online live chat, and received the brilliant news that we will be the new lead provider for the Youth in Mind partnership

Our vision and values

Our mission is to support those in crisis, help people on the road to recovery, build community and individual resilience and provide early intervention advice and support.

Our team follows five values: partnership to work effectively across the district; inclusivity to reach out to all; empowerment to help people regain control; excellence to achieve the best outcomes; and responsibility to use resources wisely.

We’ve been awarded the Mind Quality Mark, which means we work to the high standards set out by the national charity.
