Due to growth within out organisation, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team and collaborate on our mission to support those in crisis and help people on the road to recovery. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong generalist with experience of working in a standalone role to lead across all aspects of the employee journey from recruitment, to talent development and provide support to the management team to delivery equitable people practice across the Company. The role will also provide guidance to those leading volunteer teams and manage our Office Manager.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD level 5 (or equivalent) qualified with a sound understanding of UK employment legislation. Third sector or SME experience desirable not essential. They will also have a positive attitude to people with mental health issues, a passion for supporting Individuals to realise their potential and a commitment to excellent coupled with the resilience to enable change.
Salary: £35,000 pro-rata (£28,246 actual)
Hours: 30 hours per week
Responsible to: CEO
Annual Leave: 25 days pro-rata
