Would you like to work in a supportive, pro-active environment with a dynamic and compassionate team? How do you feel about a challenging post which for the right person will reap outstanding rewards?
This is an opportunity to make a significant difference to those whose needs are long overdue. The right candidate must be motivated, flexible and ambitious.
Are you passionate about system working and harnessing the power of communities? Are you ready for a leadership challenge?
Mind in Bradford and Staying Put are recruiting into the role of Programme Director to deliver specialist mental health support to people from ethnically and culturally diverse communities.
This is a new programme showing investment in the people of Bradford and this fantastic city.
This service is aimed to bring mental health support to Black African Caribbean Communities, South Asian Communities and Eastern European Communities.
Both organisations are proud of their current reach into supporting ethnically and culturally diverse communities across Bradford District and Craven, but recognise that more could and should be done to reduce barriers and reduce inequalities.
You will need to be courageous and open minded, able to lead and engage with everyone you meet and ensure you foster a wholly inclusive approach to mental health support.
This is a permanent full time post.
Closing date: Tuesday 27th February 2024
Interview date: Monday 4th March. Please allow the whole day to meet with us.
