Challenge Yourself

There are lots of sponsored challenges out there from sponsored runs to skydives.

Our supporters James and Paul took on both the Yorkshire and National 3 Peaks in memory of a loved one lost through suicide. Hoping to raise £600, they more than doubled their target, reaching a total of £1,400.

If you’re looking for a challenge which you can make your own, the 2.6 challenge is a great choice. You can take part in an activity of your choice based around the numbers 2.6 or 26. You pick the activity that best suits your situation – it could be climbing your stairs 26 times, a 2.6km jog or walk, or a 26 hour sponsored silence. It’s completely up to you!
