Crafternoon is an enjoyable way of raising money for our local services as well as boosting your winter wellbeing.
During November and December, we are asking people to hold an arts and craft session at their home, community group or place of work and collect donations for Mind in Bradford.
Creative therapies are often used to help people struggling with their mental health. We hold weekly arts and crafts sessions and know they can reduce stress, boost self-esteem by learning new skills and enhance brain productivity. They are also a great way to make new friends and catch up with old ones, particularly during the winter months.
To help you on your way, we will give you a free fundraising pack which includes templates, invitations, posters, balloons, banners and thank you cards.
Money raised at the Crafternoon sessions will go directly to supporting people struggling with emotional or mental health problems across Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven.
