Guide-Line Relief Support Worker

The role will appeal to those who have:
- An empathic manner and commitment to supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing
- Experience of working with adults or children who have or have had mental health challenges in a mental health or a similar setting
- Excellent IT skills and ability to record data on an electronic database and spreadsheet, plus excellent proven communication skills
- A good overall understanding of safeguarding practices across all age groups
- Understanding of current issues faced by people with mental health issues and an awareness of services within our wider community
Role details:
Salary scale: £13.67 / hour
Contract: Relief Work
Hours: Bank/Relief Work
Base: Remote with requirement to work and attend meetings at Kenburgh House, 28 Manor Row, Bradford, BD1 4QU as required
Responsible to: Guide-Line Service Manager
Annual Leave: Not Applicable
Pension: We operate a contributory pension scheme which you will be auto-enrolled into (subject to the conditions of the scheme).
Probationary Period: 6 months
