For World Mental Health Day, do one thing. 

This World Mental Health Day, we are asking the public and our supporters to do one thing to fight for better mental health. Because if we all do one thing, we can change everything. 

We will also be supporting the World Federation for Mental Health’s theme of ‘Mental Health in an Unequal World’, a theme which is extremely pertinent to our local community. 

World Mental Health Day is an annual event providing an opportunity for us all to focus on achieving good mental health. It is a time to raise awareness of the struggles we can all have with our mental health, and join the fight for good mental health!

But we can change things. We can make a difference. 

If we all do one thing to fight for mental health, then together we can build a society that fights for the mental health of every last one of us. This World Mental Health Day is your chance to speak out, to spread the word and make that change happen. 

Together we can fight for change, for fairness, for respect and for life-changing support for all. 

If we all do one thing, we can change everything.
