About Step up for Bradford

Mental health meets physical health in the ultimate fundraising challenge called Step up for Bradford.

As the official mental health partner of Bradford City AFC, we want to take you to the heart of the action at the University of Bradford Stadium where  you will take on a unique step-climbing challenge up the stadium steps, climbing up and down to summit the height of Otley Chevin, Ilkley Moor or Whernside.

Participants can complete the challenge as a solo effort or as part of a relay team by dividing your chosen climb between your team, taking on a portion each to reach the summit together.

Choose from three climbing challenges:

  • Otley Chevin – 282m (56 climbs)
  • Malham Moor – 411m (82 climbs)
  • Whernside – 736m (147 climbs)

Whether you’re climbing solo or teaming up with friends, family or colleagues, Step up for Bradford is your chance to challenge yourself, support a great cause, and be part of something special at the home of the Bantams!

Watch out for some special appearances on the day to make it even more of a memorable experience.

What support will I get?

  • Dedicated support from our fundraising team to help you reach your target
  • Drinks and refreshments provided throughout the day
  • A Bradford District and Craven Mind t-shirt
  • A commemorative medal and fundraising certificate
  • Photos and unforgettable memories from an incredible day
