If you need urgent mental health support and live in the Bradford district or Craven, call First Response on 01274 221181, open 24/7. Anyone of any age can call First Response. If you are aged 16+, First Response may refer you to our evening safe space service called The Sanctuary.
If you live outside the area, the Samaritans can be reached on 116 123.
If you are not in crisis but would like to talk to one of our friendly, mental health professionals, call our support service Guide-Line on freephone number 08001 884 884. Lines are open 12pm (midday) – 12am (midnight) every day of the year and this service is open to people of all ages. Live chat is also available every day of the year to people of all ages, from 3pm to 8pm.
If you’re aged 11+, you can also book a 1:1 appointment with one of our Recovery Workers at one of five GP surgeries by contacting your own GP receptionist.
