How can Enhanced Access support me?

Mind Wellbeing Practitioners can listen and talk to anyone who is worried about their mental health and wellbeing.

Telephone support is available to anyone aged 11+. You do not need to have a diagnosis or be referred by your own GP.

You can have up to three appointments with a Mind Wellbeing Practitioner. Appointments are available over the phone and can be booked with participating GPs between 6.30pm – 9.30pm. 

Book an appointment if you’re feeling:

  • stressed
  • low in mood
  • overwhelmed
  • lonely or isolated
  • or struggling to sleep

How can I book an Enhanced Access appointment?

  • Check if your local GP surgery is listed above.
  • Call your local GP reception and ask for a telephone appointment with a Mind Wellbeing Practitioner in Enhanced Access.
  • Your first appointment will last up to one hour over the phone and will be available to book between 6.30pm and 9.30pm 
  • If you have any difficulties booking a appointment then please contact us by email on admin@mindinbradford.org.uk or call us on 01274 730815 so that we can assist you.
