Join our Mental Health Awareness Week event on Wednesday 14th May

10.00am – 12.00pm at Bradford District and Craven Mind, BD1 4QU

This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week theme is ‘Community’.

Being part of a safe, positive community is vital for our mental health and wellbeing. We thrive when we have strong connections with other people and supportive communities that remind us, we are not alone. Communities can provide a sense of belonging, safety, support in hard times, and give us a sense purpose. We want to use Mental Health Awareness Week to celebrate the power and importance of community.

Join our event to hear from:

  • Yorkshire Building Society on how they are building and supporting communities
  • The Workplace Collective who will be running a mini workshop
  • Our Community Companions, how they support isolated people and how you’re staff can get involved

It’s just £3 per ticket to sign-up which helps cover the coffee, tea and pastries provided.

Today I attended a Mind your Business event, it was a great session – thank you to Bryony, Lydia and Myriam. They do an amazing job and we all need to play our part to change the stigma around mental health in the workplace!
