How does WISHH provide support?

Our Mind Wellbeing Practitioners are ready to listen and talk to anyone who is worried about their mental health and wellbeing. You do not need to have a diagnosis or be referred by your own GP.

Talk to a Mind Wellbeing Practitioner if you’re feeling:

  • worried
  • stressed
  • low in mood
  • overwhelmed
  • lonely or isolated
  • or struggling to sleep

Appointments are 45-minutes long and available over the phone or in-person to anyone aged 10 and over.

You must be a registered patient with Windhill Medical PracticeIdle Medical Centre and Saltaire Medical Practice.

If you are registered with another GP in Bradford and Craven check if you can access the Enhanced Access service.
