The difference you can make

Each month, the kindness of our regular givers makes it possible for people in our community to find hope.

Regular gifts give us predictable income so we can commit to helping more people in Bradford District and Craven. We support over 13,000 individuals a year, but we want to be there for everyone in our community.

We are an independent charity that does not receive direct funds from national Mind. Instead, we  raise our own money to provide vital mental health services in our community.

Nadia’s story

By setting up a regular gift, you can help more people in Bradford District and Craven access the mental health support they need, when they need it.

People like Nadia.

Nadia, 18, was referred to Mind in Bradford’s Know Your Mind service for 1-1 support. She was struggling with anxiety, depression, and loneliness.

Watch her story to see how she find hope with Mind in Bradford.

I feel more positive about my future and what’s possible for me.

What your donation can do

Provide the first step on a journey

Guide-Line is available every day of the year to provide confidential emotional support and help someone find the next steps for them.

Be there for someone at crisis point

Safe Spaces provides same-day support to children and adults who need urgent help. We operate until 2:30am to be there whenever we’re needed.

Support our children and young people

Know Your Mind provides 1:1 and group support for ages 8-19. Your donation enables us to be there for any children and young people who need us.

Every day of the year, our team are on-hand to provide mental health support to the people of Bradford District and Craven.

Whether it is in the form of over-the-phone guidance, facilitating peer support groups, or helping someone through mental health crisis.
