How does SMI-LE provide support?

SMI-LE is a partnership of service provides that support clients who have a Care Coordinator with:

  • mental health and wellbeing
  • loneliness and social isolation
  • social housing
  • welfare, benefits and debt management
  • employment 

This service is for clients aged 18 and over who have a Care Coordinator and live in Bradford District and Craven

  • Referrals are only accepted from CMHT Care Coordinators 
  • The service supports clients with their mental health, wellbeing, loneliness, social isolation, social housing, welfare, benefits and debt management and employment 
  • Support is available for up to six weeks

How can I book an appointment with WISHH?

  • Check that your GP surgery is Idle Medical Practice, Windhill Medical Practice or Saltaire Medical Practice
  • Call your local GP reception and ask for an appointment with a Mind Wellbeing Practitioner with WISHH.
  • Your first appointment will last up to 45-minutes over the phone. Face to face appointments are also available.
  • If you have any difficulties booking a appointment then please contact us by email on admin@mindinbradford.org.uk or call us on 01274 730815 so that we can assist you.
