We’re looking for a compassionate, proactive Operational Service Manager to join our Safe Spaces team at BDC Mind. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the day-to-day delivery of an innovative, all-age mental health crisis alternative, delivered in partnership with The Cellar Trust, local NHS and emergency services, and community providers.
This is a unique opportunity to drive change, shape services, and build meaningful connections with communities that have long been underserved. We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and compassionate leader who thrives in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our children and young people’s (CYP) team and contribute to the growth and delivery of our innovative mental health services. As a Community Wellbeing Worker, you will provide responsive, one-to-one support to children and young people aged 5–19 (or up to 25 with additional needs), empowering them to improve their emotional and mental wellbeing.
Mind Bradford District & Craven is looking for a Senior Finance Officer to play an essential role in providing support to the Head of Finance. Working with the Head of Finance and Finance Officer, you will lead and deliver the day-to-day operational finance functions by providing accurate and timely financial information to meet the needs of the business during a period of rapid growth. The successful candidate will be organised and have a methodical way of working with excellent excel skills and be familiar with accounting processes.
As a Service Manager, will be at the heart of the Youth in Mind (YiM) partnership, leading the delivery and growth of services that open more doors for children and young people across Bradford District and Craven. You will drive operational excellence, working alongside subcontracted providers, shaping whole-programme workstreams, leading the YiM Open Door single point of access, and championing a whole-system approach to earlier, easier access to mental health support.
I feel I am saving lives by supporting people with their mental health and giving them hope.
Working here allows me to support isolated people and bring my personal experiences to support others.
Here I can clearly see how every penny we generate is spent to maximum benefit – and in a community I care about.
My journey has been very rewarding, no two days are the same which is what I love most about my role.
