We’re proud to share our latest Impact Report, highlighting the difference we made for the people we support, their families, and the wider community between April 2024 and March 2025.

Over the year, we supported 18,541 unique people through 61,585 meaningful contacts. Each contact represents a moment of care, guidance, or support delivered directly by our team or through services provided by our trusted sub-contracted partners.
