If you are not sure who you need to speak to, just call our main number 01274 730 815 or use the contact form below and we will be happy to point you in the right direction.
Our reception line is open from 9.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (except for Bank Holidays when our offices are closed). Outside of these hours you can leave a message and someone will aim to get back to you within 24 hours (Monday-Friday).
If you need emotional support for your mental health, you can call Guide-Line on 08001 884 884. While Guide-Line is not a crisis service, you can call this number and ask for a referral to Safe Spaces (our crisis service) which can provide additional support.
For urgent help, you can call First Response 0800 952 1181
Bradford District and Craven Mind is committed to providing the best possible service for our service members.
We hope that service members, parents, carers, the general public and the representatives of the partners we work with will not have any cause for complaint concerning the nature or quality of our service.
However, if you have any complaints, we will respond to these in a positive way and try to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Please use the Complaints Form if you wish to make a complaint.
If you’d like our support at your event, please complete the Event Request form with as much detail as possible. This helps us direct your request to the appropriate team.
While we may not be able to support every event, we will do our best to assist where we can.
