Mind in Bradford is committed to promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and improving the quality of life for people with mental health challenges. We value diversity, inclusion and lived experiences when recruiting our staff and volunteers.
Over 130 employees and 80 volunteers work at Mind in Bradford in a variety of roles from mental health service delivery to head office. Everyone demonstrates our values and we make sure they are a continuous thread through everything we do, from how we treat our clients and each other to how we develop as an impactful organisation in the community.
