Life isn’t always easy for children, young people or the adults who care for them.
Big feelings can feel overwhelming when you don’t know where to turn. Whether you’re a young person trying to understand what’s going on inside your head, a parent worried about your child or a carer supporting someone through a rough patch, you’re not alone – and now, support is closer than ever.
Launching May 2025, Safe Spaces is bringing crisis support directly to you, wherever you feel safest. This means free, urgent support for all ages, making the service more flexible and accessible to all.
This means if you or someone you care about is struggling, we can now reach you in a place that feels familiar and comfortable including:
And if you’d prefer to come to us, that’s fine too. You can still access same-day 1:1 appointments at our Bradford and Keighley hubs.
We’re open every day of the year from 1pm–7pm.

When a young person is in crisis, it can affect the whole family. We understand how hard that can be. Our outreach support is trauma-informed, non-judgemental and tailored to the age and needs of each person we work with.
If you or someone you know needs support:
We accept both self-referrals and professional referrals for hub and outreach support.
