Are you dedicated to creating a positive impact in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges? If so, we look forward to hearing from you! The aim of this service is to provide support for inpatients and utilising their PHB to facilitate personalised care back into the community, this can be done by providing goods or a service to ease their transition of care from inpatient to community services.
Salary: £12 – £13.14 per hour
Contract: Temporary for 12 months with the potential for extension dependent on funding.
Hours: 20 hours per week
Probation: 6 months
Closing Date: Sunday 19th May 2024
Interview Date: Wednesday 29th & Thursday 30th May 2024
Applicants to be able to work evenings and support the on-call rota as and when required
