Tea ‘n’ Talk groups are for anyone aged 18 and over in Bradford District and Craven.

What is a Tea ‘n’ Talk groups?

Tea ‘n’ Talk groups run in community venues across Bradford District and Craven. These drop-in groups are for anyone who might be feeling lonely or socially isolated and might benefit from some friendly company and conversation over a cup of tea.

Groups run for two hours and are either held monthly or weekly. Each group is run by two BDC Mind Volunteers. Mindful activities such as jigsaws and colouring are available at each group.

Who can attend?

Anyone aged 18 and over can attend. Whether you are on your own, with a friend, with a person you care for, a parent with a baby/young child, everyone is welcome.

Do I need to book before I attend?

No need to book just come along on the day. Look out for the Tea ‘n’ Talk table sign and pull up a seat.
