How can Enhanced Access support me?

Mind Wellbeing Practitioners can listen and talk to anyone who is worried about their mental health and wellbeing.

Telephone support is available to anyone aged 11+. You do not need to have a diagnosis or be referred by your own GP.

You can have up to three appointments with a Mind Wellbeing Practitioner. Appointments are available over the phone and can be booked with participating GPs between 6.30pm – 9.30pm.

Book an appointment if you’re feeling:

You are the first person I have opened up to; you have helped me realise there is no shame in seeking support.

I cannot begin to tell you what a difference these three sessions have made, you knew exactly what to do for me.

Thank you so much for being there for me and my son, you have empowered me to stand up for us both.
