Our Mind Wellbeing Practitioners are ready to listen and talk to anyone who is worried about their mental health and wellbeing.
Talk to a Mind Wellbeing Practitioner if you’re feeling:
You do not need to have a diagnosis or be referred by your own GP. Telephone support is available to anyone aged 11 and over.
You can have up to three appointments with a Mind Wellbeing Practitioner. Appointments are available over the phone and can be booked with participating GP’s between 6.30pm – 9.30pm.
Your calls and support have been amazing over the past few weeks, helping me keep on top of my thoughts.
