Youth in Mind provides early intervention mental health support in schools, hospitals and community settings.

Youth in Mind can support you with:

  • feeling worried or low in mood
  • difficulties going to school
  • building self confidence
  • exploring your identity
  • achieving goals 

How can I access the Youth in Mind services?

  1. Check out the list of services below and select the one that’s best for you, your age and where you live.
  2. Complete the online referral form for yourself or for someone else and select your choice of provider.
  3. You’ll be contacted within five working days from your chosen provider to arrange next steps.

Youth in Mind wins “Child friendly – positive impact on the health and wellbeing of young people” Award

At the 2023 Celebrate as One awards ceremony organised by Act As One, Youth in Mind was the winner of the Child Friendly Service award for the partnerships work supporting young people in Bradford District and Craven.

Kooth is an online counselling and emotional well-being platform for children and young people.

It gives children and young people easy access to an online community of peers and a team of experienced counsellors.
