Bradford District and Craven Mind is one of the leading providers of Community Outreach Recovery and Engagement (CORE). This service is part of the Bradford District & Craven Community Mental Health Transformation Programme.

Our community mental health workers assess people’s needs and help them access community services and resources that support mental wellbeing and address related issues.
