What support can I expect?
Support in our hubs
You will receive same day crisis support from one of our trained Crisis Support Workers who will provide a safe space to talk about how you’re feeling. They will help you explore coping strategies to manage your crisis or mental health distress. Where appropriate, they can also refer you to other services for additional support.
Our Safe Spaces hubs in Bradford and Keighley are open 365 days a year, providing urgent, same day support for anyone aged 7 and over in person or over the phone.
Bradford Hub is open from 12pm until 2.30am and Keighley Hub is open 4pm – 10pm.
We can arrange paid for transport, if required, to both our hubs.
