This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing charity as we move into year two of our strategy, respond to the changes in NHS priorities and funding and adapt to the new governments priorities and approach.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our children and young people’s (CYP) team and contribute to the growth and delivery of our innovative mental health services. As a Community Wellbeing Worker, you will provide responsive, one-to-one support to children and young people aged 5–19 (or up to 25 with additional needs), empowering them to improve their emotional and mental wellbeing.
Are you dedicated to creating a positive impact in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges? Do you like a job which two days are not the same? We look forward hearing from you! The aim of this service is to provide support for inpatients and service members in the community to utilise their Personal Health Budget. Personal Health Budgets are small monetary contributions to goods or services which aim to support people to transition out of hospital and back into the community A key part of your role will be supporting service members back into the community to access key services that they will find beneficial, depending on needs.
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Service Team Leader to join the children and young people’s (CYP) team at BDC Mind. The post will play a key role in developing and delivering our CYP services, with a focus on Know Your Mind and Hospital Buddies.
As a SMI Team Leader, you’ll be a member of our Adult and Older Adult management team, and a key part in supporting the Service Manager with the delivery of our BDC Mind SMI Service. This service works to support those living with a diagnosis of Schizophrenia, Bipolar, or Psychosis, and with your knowledge and passion you’ll work closely with the Service Manager in leading service delivery and development, ensuring that it is run efficiently and effectively, and truly making a difference to the mental and physical health of those living with an SMI.
Bradford District and Craven Mind is looking for a passionate individual to support those living with a Severe Mental Illness (SMI) with their physical and mental health for our SMI & Physical Health Check service. The role of Health Engagement Officer involves empowering others through person-centred care, and positive engagement methods, to increase participation in annual Physical Health Checks and onward interventions.
At Bradford District and Craven (BDC) Mind, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Service Team Leader to join our innovative KidsTime Workshops—an incredible space where children, young people (CYP) and their families come together to better understand and manage the impact of parental mental illness. This is your chance to make a real difference in the lives of families while being part of a fun, creative, and supportive team!
We have two exciting Service Manager roles available—one overseeing services embedded in primary and secondary care, and the other leading community-focused support services. Within either role, you will inspire and guide a skilled team of Coordinators and Practitioners, ensuring the delivery of inclusive, high-quality support that makes a genuine difference.
I feel I am saving lives by supporting people with their mental health and giving them hope.
Working here allows me to support isolated people and bring my personal experiences to support others.
Here I can clearly see how every penny we generate is spent to maximum benefit – and in a community I care about.
My journey has been very rewarding, no two days are the same which is what I love most about my role.
