Ready to tackle health inequalities? Join us as a Health Engagement Officer for our severe mental illness and physical health checks programme!
At Bradford District and Craven Mind, we are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team of Health Engagement Officers, to play a vital role in driving the operational delivery of our Severe Mental Illness (SMI) and Physical Health programme. These positions are integral to the expansion of our programme, enabling us to meet our commitment of improving physical health and life opportunities for people with SMI so they can live longer, healthier lives. The ideal candidates will bring a wealth of experience in engagement and inciting positive behavior change.
Salary: £28,282.80
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours
Probation: 6 months
