First Response service for urgent mental health support has new freephone number from today

First Response has a new number and is now free for all callers. Launching today, the urgent mental health phone support service is available on 0800 952 1181 and calls from all landlines and mobiles will not be charged.

People needing urgent mental health support – including experiencing something that makes them feel unsafe, distressed or worried – can call First Response on 0800 952 1181.  The service continues to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for people of all ages in Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven. You may be referred to our crisis support service Safe Spaces

Not in a crisis but need to speak to someone?

Call Guide-Line

People who need to speak with someone about how they’re feeling when they’re not in a crisis situation, can call Guide-Line. The line is open from 8am to 12am (midnight), every day.

There are two ways you can access Guide-Line support. Call us for telephone support on 08001 884 884 or chat to us online.
