Mental health problems at work can be common. At least 1 in 6 workers experiences common mental health problems, including anxiety and depression.

There are many ways we can help to support your team, help you look after yourself and make your workplace mentally healthier – find out how below.

Workplace training

We deliver a wide variety of specialist mental health training and wellbeing support that can help reduce sickness absence, improve productivity and help create a positive workplace culture. Where investments have been made in improving mental health, analysis shows a positive return on investment of £9.98 for every £1 spent on training.

Mental health support for employees

We offer a wide range of support to people of all ages living in Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven.

Our services range from a telephone helpline and wellbeing groups to a crisis service and befriending support. 

We are here to support anyone who is struggling with their mental health.
