Safe Spaces provides urgent, same-day support if you are experiencing:
- severe anxiety
- panic attacks
- suicidal thoughts
- intense depression
- feeling disconnected from reality (dissociation)

I have used Safe Spaces several times when I’ve had spells of extreme stress. It is a life saver, and such a comfort to know that someone can speak to you in person during periods of isolation.

Book one-to-one support through your GP
Call your GP surgery and ask for a telephone appointment with Enhanced Access. Through this service we can give you three evening sessions with a Bradford District and Craven Mind practitioner.
Join a Wellbeing group
If you want to meet like-minded people, join one of our wellbeing groups to connect with others who will understand how you’re feeling.
I cannot begin to tell you what a difference these three sessions have made, you knew exactly what to do for me.
