Important update about Know Your Mind referrals

We’re really sorry, but due to exceptionally high demand, we’re temporarily unable to accept new referrals into our Know Your Mind service.

This has been a difficult decision, but we want to make sure that every child and young person currently referred receives the right support as quickly and effectively as possible. Our current capacity means that accepting new referrals would create long waiting times, which we believe wouldn’t be fair or helpful.

We’ll review our capacity again in December and aim to reopen for new referrals as soon as we can. Please be assured that this is only a temporary pause.

In the meantime, there are other ways for children and young people to access help and support, both through our services and other local services. You can find details on alternative support in further down.

We have also developed a helpful Self-care and Coping Resource for Children and Young People to use, you can download this below.
