Youth Mental Health Day
19 September 2025
Raise awareness and promote positive mental health for young people in Bradford District and Craven.

About Youth Mental Health Day
Bradford is the youngest city in the UK, with over a quarter of our population under 18. That makes our young people the heart of our community — full of creativity, resilience, and potential.
But we also know that growing up today comes with pressures. Youth Mental Health Day is all about raising awareness of mental health, starting conversations, and reminding young people that support is out there.
Bradford District and Craven Mind provide a wide range of services to help young people look after their wellbeing. Whether you’re just wanting tips to manage everyday stress, or need more specialist support, you don’t have to go through it alone.
