Service member partnership agreement – tell us what you think!

We are excited to introduce our new Service Member Partnership Agreement, which is set to replace our old Client Code of Conduct. We’ve given it a fresh look and feel because we want our guiding principles to grow and evolve with us, always reflecting the diverse needs and views of our service members.

Service Member Partnership Agreement

Your voice matters!

We’re sharing this with you to hear what you think. You’ve got until 10am on Monday 26 February to share your feedback with us, in the way that best suits you:

If you need help to complete the form, please ask a member of our team and they’ll be happy to help.

Your input will shape the final version of the agreement, so watch this space for the launch.

Thanks for helping us keep Mind in Bradford a safe, supportive and inclusive space for everyone!
