Youth in Mind provides early intervention mental health support for young adults with additional needs in Bradford District and Craven.
Youth in Mind can support you with:
- low moods
- feeling worried
- achieving goals
- building self confidence
- exploring your identity
- difficulties going to university, college or work
How can I access the Youth in Mind services?
- Check out the list of services below and select the one that’s best for you, your age and where you live. Only Buddies, Know Your Mind, Mighty Minds, Invictus Wellbeing and Wrap Support are accessible for young adults aged 19-25.
- Complete the online referral form for yourself or for someone else and select your choice of provider.
- You’ll be contacted within five working days from your chosen provider to arrange next steps.

At the 2023 Celebrate as One awards ceremony organised by Act As One, Youth in Mind was the winner of the Child Friendly Service award for the partnerships work supporting young people in Bradford District and Craven.
