Healthy Minds is a website designed to help you find mental health information, advice and support in Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven.

You can find information about mental health problems and how they may affect you or someone you know. There are also tips on how to keep well.

The directory lists more than 250 support services and activities, ranging from helplines and one-to-one counselling to peer support and walking groups. You can also find details of the organisations that provide them, and use the support finder to discover which ones suit you.

Alongside services by Bradford District and Craven Mind there are also services listed by local NHS, Bradford Council, other mental health charities such as the Cellar Trust, and community groups across the district that can help you meet new people and try different activities.

All of these organisations are working together to help you lead a happier, healthy life.
