SMI-LE is a partnership of voluntary organisations led by Mind in Bradford. This service is available to individuals aged 18 and over who live in Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale, or Craven and have a Care Coordinator. Support is offered in the following areas: mental health and wellbeing, social housing, welfare and benefits, bereavement, employment, and debt management. The support typically lasts for 6 weeks but can be extended depending on the individual’s needs. To access this service, please speak with your Care Coordinator at your local Community Mental Health Team (CMHT).
