What support does Stepping Stones provide?
Stepping Stones is an 8-week wellbeing group programme where service users will explore connection, identity, belonging and
developing a sense of community.
Each session is 2 hours and will address the following themes:
- Week 1: Connection & Belonging
- Week 2: Recharge & Restore
- Session 3: Values & Identity
- Session 4: Creativity & Expression
- Session 5: Mind, Body & Spirit
- Session 6: Community & Relationships
- Session 7: Culture, Faith & Spirituality
- Session 8: Growth, Dreams & Giving Back
- Session 9: Feedback
Who is the programme available to?
The programme is open to all adults (aged 18+), living in the Bradford District, who are currently on a community mental health team waiting list. For more information about Stepping Stones, please email [email protected].
