What support does Stepping Stones provide?

Stepping Stones is an 8-week wellbeing group programme where service users will explore connection, identity, belonging and
developing a sense of community.

Each session is 2 hours and will address the following themes:

  • Week 1: Connection & Belonging
  • Week 2: Recharge & Restore
  • Session 3: Values & Identity
  • Session 4: Creativity & Expression
  • Session 5: Mind, Body & Spirit
  • Session 6: Community & Relationships
  • Session 7: Culture, Faith & Spirituality
  • Session 8: Growth, Dreams & Giving Back
  • Session 9: Feedback

Who is the programme available to?

The programme is open to all adults (aged 18+), living in the Bradford District, who are currently on a community mental health team waiting list. For more information about Stepping Stones, please email [email protected].
