Know Your Mind provides 1:1 and group support for ages 8-19. Your donation enables us to be there for any children and young people who need us.
Every day of the year, our team are on-hand to provide mental health support to the people of Bradford District and Craven.
Whether it is in the form of over-the-phone guidance, facilitating peer support groups, or helping someone through mental health crisis.
