How can Know Your Mind support me?

Know Your Mind supports children and young people aged 5-19 or up to 25 with additional needs with 8-weeks of one-to-one support.

Who can access this service?

To access support you must live, go to school in, or attend a GP surgery in postcodes starting with BD1 up to BD9, or Keighley central.

What happens after completing your referral form?

Once we’ve received your referral form a Community Wellbeing Worker from Mind in Bradford will be in touch to schedule a ‘get to know you’ session. This is an informal chat so we can find out how we can support you best.
