SMI Project surveys

At Mind in Bradford we are currently undertaking work to tackle the health inequalities that those with a serious mental illness (SMI) face.

This is because those with a diagnosis of a SMI die on average 15-20 years earlier than the general population, mainly from preventable physical health conditions.

As part of this project and to ensure the project is taking a collaborative approach, we are gathering information and opinions from individuals who work with people living with a SMI about work that is currently underway, including interventions that exist and engagement with those living with a SMI.

This information is being gathered via this survey. We would be very grateful if you could share your thoughts as your feedback is essential to the development of the project.

We have also created a survey for those with lived experience of SMI, available here. Please share with your networks to ensure the voices of the communities and the people we serve are heard.

If you have any queries please email [email protected].
