We’re seeking a dynamic Service Manager to lead our innovative Safe Spaces crisis alternative service, playing a pivotal role in driving its operational delivery and growth. This position is integral to the service’s development and to shaping the future of crisis support in our community.

Important information

  • Location: Bradford, with requirement to travel within Bradford District and Craven area. Hybrid working available with some work based in central Bradford, Shipley and Keighley.
  • Responsible to: Programme Director
  • Responsible for: Team Leaders
  • Hours: 37
  • Grade/salary: Mind in Bradford grade 5 / £27,647 to £35,390
