Learn to recognise the symptoms of mental ill health and where to signpost for support 

This 1-day course suits anyone in a customer-facing role or for anyone who wants an introduction to mental health.

This 1-day course will cover:

  • Explore what mental health is and the factors that contribute to it.
  • Recognize signs and symptoms of a range of mental
    health diagnoses.
  • Develop awareness of the different types of mental health treatment and support.
  • Increase your knowledge of local mental health
    services.

On completion delegates will receive a certificate of attendance.
